Curious how this will go! My first guy was much older - and this was great because I knew that the relationship is temporary and I'm just safely exploring the adult space. After that I start looking for partners my age (+/- few years) to settle, but at your age you can safely allow yourself to be adventurous. Why not - you're young but in an age of consent. She'd probably be more amused than anything but I don't see a big loss for either of you.

This wasn't just towards girls, it was EVERYONE - boss, classmates, coworkers, family, everyone. It'd make me extremely self conscious about myself in every aspect - socially, physically, and intellectually. I had SAD bad my first two years of college and I'm not afraid to admit it. I just felt like I didn't compare to others I commuted, no one from my HS went to my college, and I literally made no friends in college at that point. Each time I engaged in conversation I'd try and find the quickest way to get out because I kept thinking that I'd **** up.
