Too bad if it upsets him or her, there is too much evidence here to just pretend its all cool. Now you know more. Girlfriends playing on her phone with saucey text msgs ...yeh right. I would say no more happy hours either unless you are dropping by the pub. Its a bit too unconventional for me. As for happy hours, I don't think you could trust her either especially with booze thrown in the mix. I would forbid anymore 1 on 1 time with her boss or even having to work back late. I guess when she was going to the bosses house to put in extra overtime, you had no idea this was brewing in the background, still I would have been questioning her solidly on whats up with the weekend work (unpaid?) and at the bosses home.

YMMV on that part. In my generation/demographic, 'hanging out' at the beginning of getting to know someone has invariably caused dating not to occur at all. Such signals are predominantly read as low interest in romance/sex and/or a more 'traditional' and assertive man would usually prevail in such instances. I learned this through much experimentation and failure and listening to the women of my generation and demographic.

Especially when she KNOWS one of those guys wants to screw her? A true "friend" doesn't want to screw you even though they know you have a boyfriend. She doesn't need to be hanging out alone with other dudes.
